Heather Rothman is the news director at Bloomberg Government overseeing all of the news and analysis targeting government affairs professionals. Prior to moving to BGOV, Heather was the news director at Bloomberg Industry Group managing Daily Report for Executives and the data-driven journalism division. Heather also spent a dozen years covering Capitol Hill, including transportation issues, appropriations, congressional leadership and tax policy. She has a MA in political management and a BA in journalism, both from the George Washington University.
