Emory Wilkerson is Associate General Counsel and Lead Attorney for the Law Department Southeastern Office of the State Farm Insurance Companies. Emory began his practice of law as an insurance defense litigator with the law firm of Darroch and Obenshain in Atlanta, Georgia in 1988. He earned both an undergraduate and graduate degree from Emory University, Atlanta, GA. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University Law School, Macon, GA.
