Susan I. Santana was appointed Vice President, Legislative Strategy for AT&T California in January 2020. Santana is responsible for leading AT&T’s legislative initiatives with a focus on advocating for policies that support innovation and industry growth. Her responsibilities are focused on legislative and political strategies in telecommunications, media and technology areas impacting AT&T. She represents AT&T before California state legislature, the Governor’s office and state agencies, and leads a team of state legislative affairs professionals in Sacramento, CA.
