FY21 Navy-Marine Corps Budget Priorities

Robert Levinson is a Senior Defense Analyst with Bloomberg Government. He specializes in analyzing DOD spending trends, budget activity, and identifying the largest opportunities being released at the Pentagon. He is a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force with more than 20 years of service. Levinson worked for Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategic communications consultant. He has a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a master’s from the University of California, and is a Harvard Kennedy School for Senior Executives graduate. Follow him @levinsor

Roxana Tiron is a senior national security reporter, covering the intersection of politics and defense and regularly interviews lawmakers, top lobbyists and Pentagon officials. Her work has been featured on Bloomberg Radio, C-SPAN, Government Matters and MSNBC. Previously, Tiron worked for Bloomberg News, The Hill newspaper and National Defense Magazine and reported from Kosovo, Middle East and Asia. While a Washington Center for Politics and Journalism Fellow, she worked at CNN. She holds a MS from Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Cameron Leuthy is a senior budget analyst with Bloomberg Government. Leuthy's expertise includes budget activity, national security policy, and identifying the largest professional services opportunities in the federal market. He has more than 20 years of experience in analyzing budgets and legislation at the Office of Management and Budget, the Department of Defense, and at Booz Allen Hamilton.
