2021 Top-Performing Lobbying Firms

For the seventh consecutive year, Bloomberg Government has identified the top-performing lobbying firms.

The industry continued to grow at a record pace in 2021, with lobbying firm revenue reaching an all-time high of $1.92 billion – an increase of $180 million from 2020 – while lobbying spending also saw a significant bump.

The 2021 Top-Performing Lobbying Firms report focuses on the 350 firms that reported $1 million or more in lobbying revenue and highlights those that had an outstanding year based on a series of important performance metrics – including a list of firms that excelled across multiple key criteria.

Metrics include:

• Revenue growth
• Growth in average revenue per client
• Short- and long-term customer retention rates
• Revenue per registered lobbyist
