Stephanie Shutt is the Director of GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule Program Management Office for the General Services Administration. Ms. Shutt is responsible for overseeing the agency's $30 billion schedule program. Ms. Shutt ensures GSA’s Schedule program addresses current market forces and provides a streamlined, value-based contracting solution. She is also responsible for the MAS transformation effort to consolidate the 24 separate schedules into a single schedule by 2020. Ms. Shutt has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and statistics from Utah State University.
