James Rowley is a veteran Washington reporter who has covered Congress, the courts, the Justice Department and regulatory agencies for Bloomberg and the Associated Press. His experience includes coverage of the Iran-Contra affair, the congressional investigations of President Bill Clinton's 1996 re-election fundraising and the 2000 presidential election recount.
