The U.S. Supreme Court on June 28 issued its decision regarding legal challenges to President Obama’s Affordable Care Act. In its ruling in National Federation of Independent Business et al v. Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services, et al, the court upheld virtually the entire law with some limits placed on the expansion of Medicaid.
